Honestly, choosing and downloading the right film to watch for a journey is more difficult than packing for the same.
In an age when there are literally millions of titles available to us from Netflix, Amazon, Hotstar, etc., we are in more of a conundrum than ever about what to watch, even for a normal day. Deciding which title to download for a train or a bus or a plane ride is that much harder. This is because we have to be extremely careful about what we MIGHT WANT to watch, in the future. How many times have we downloaded a title, only to realize on the plane ride that that is not what we want to watch after all?
So we came up with some titles to watch while you travel. No more do you have to fret over which titles to download for later watch. Mind you, most of these you may already have seen. Yet, these are awesome feel-good movies that are worth a re-watch, especially when you are travelling.
No, it’s not overrated. No, it’s not ‘relevant-for-women-only’. You can watch this film, a hundred times over. Watch it more if you’re a guy. Who knows, you might end up learning more than you actually know or think you know about them.
If you understand Tapori, you can never be over laughing at funny scenes from the cult classic ‘Munna Bhai MBBS’. This is one of those rare comedies that can make you cry without getting preachy.
We recommend watching this film while travelling in a bus, but only if you haven’t watched it a hundred times over, or have not watched it for some time.
If there is any Salman Khan film that one can watch a hundred times over, it is A3. Throw in Aamir in the mix, and you’ve got a PARTAY!!!
Definitely a tad more serious than the other films so far but feel good nonetheless. Bhashkor’s incessant Bengali tantrums is a perfect match for the memorable trip that the lead actors take across the picturesque landscape of Delhi, Benaras and Kolkata.
True, most of the appeal of this movie is in its plot twists, so rewatching it may not have the same appeal. Nonetheless, it’s a refreshing, innocent film that is worth it; probably best to drive you down memory lanes of your friendship.
