1- Sonu Ki Titu Ki Sweety
Undoubtedly, Sonu ki Titu ki Sweety nailed it! This movie casting Nushrat Bharucha, Kartik Aaryan and Sunny Nijar, hold a storyline of two childhood best friends Sonu and Titu. Where later falls in love really quick and former always steps in to save him. Then comes Sweety who is a  perfect bride and as expected Titu falls in love with her.  Meanwhile, Sonu’s instinct is not right about sweety so he decided to protect his best friend at any cost. to protect. And then comes a time when Titu starts doubting his best friend because of Sweety, that breaks a war between two buddies. Movies revolve around facts and instances where sonu tries his best to protect his best friend from getting married to this wicket bride sweety. Despite being a low budget movie, it was able to impact the audience.  The budget of the movie was 30 crores INR and the Box Office Collection was ₹150 crore.
2- Shubh Mangal Saavdhan

A unique storyline casting Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar. Where both fall in love but eventually the groom discovers that he suffers from erectile dysfunction.  The budget of the movie was 25 crores INR and the Box Office Collection was 64.54 crores INR.

 3- Dum Laga Ke Haisha

Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar’s shared screen for a film that has a highly entertaining content. Where Prem, is a school dropout that gets married to an overweight yet educated girl, Sandhya. However, the couple doesn’t share a chemistry but they come closer when they take part in a race, that requires Prem to carry Sandhya on his back.Great word of mouth helped the film sail through and proved to be a profitable venture for all. The budget of the movie was 25 crores INR and the Box Office Collection was ₹30.19 crore INR.

4- Bareilly Ki Barfi

BKB starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Kriti Sanon, and Rajkummar Rao was among the best films of 2017. It received a great response from people and proved to be a Great Hit. It was prepared on a budget of 20 crores INR, that earned a box office collection of 58.75 crores INR.

5- Jolly LLB

Arshad Warsi’s Jolly LLB is another big hit from a small budget film. It got a small opening but word of mouth helped it be a Box Office Hit. A sequel to the film was made in 2017 that proved to be a Super Hit. It was made in a budget of 10 Crore INR and earned a box office collection of est. ₹37 crore.

6- Hindi Medium

Irrfan Khan’s Hindi Medium was a low key affair and that was released without much promotions. 7- Pink

This movie casting revolves around Taapsee Pannu and Amitabh Bachchan. A strong film with strong message proved to be a sensation thanks to it’s powerful and unapologetic content. Pink which was made on a strict budget proved to a Super Hit at Box Office. It was made in a budget of 23 Crore INR and earned a box office collection of ₹107.32 crores.

8- Mom

Sridevi’s last film MOM was a small budget yet a big Hit. She inspired many moms around the globe. And taught to not keep shut if your daughter face injustice in form of rape rather stand and fight strongly for her justice. Presence of strong content and splendid performances lead the movie to become a super hit. It was made on a low budget of 23 Crore INR and earned a box office collection of ₹334.36 crore.

9- NH 10

NH 10 is a movie from Anusha’s production house Clean Slate. While on a road trip, Meera and Arjun come across a series of crimes committed by a powerful gangster, Satbir, who later makes the couple run for their lives. It was made in a budget of 13 Crore INR and earned a box office collection of ₹33 crore.

10-English Vinglish

It’s a story that revolves around a Housewife and caterer Shashi as (Shridevi). She is usually mocked for not knowing English by her family. So she attempts to learn the language to gain the value as a mother and as a wife. It was made in a budget of 11 Crore INR and earned a box office collection of ₹199.55 crores.
