Midnight Craving Is Something We All Encountered!
We all love food, don’t we? It’s something that everyone can relate to, and being Indians we look for reasons to have snacks every now and then. The habit of eating makes us hungry even more. So to serve your midnight craving for food, here is a list of quick recipes that can fill your tummy with good food flavor. 1. Delicious Bread Pizza
We all love pizza, don’t we? But when you crave for food at midnight you know there is no way out you can go for ordering it. So step out from your bed and be your own chef by cooking the same in the kitchen. What you require is-Bread, cheese, chopped veggies, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Then take one slice of bread and place a cheese slice on it, add some ketchup, veggies with salt and pepper. After placing all ingredients add one more slice of cheese on the top and keep for 1 minute in the microwave. If you don’t own a microwave don’t worry you can make the pizza on the gas stove on a pan, in 2-3 minutes. Add some chili flakes if you had a spicy food craving, once it’s done.
2. Boiled Potato Salad
If you are craving for potatoes that its time to try this desi recipe. Making this snack is easy and quick as all it requires is least of ingredients. Start with chopping or mashing 3-4 boiled potatoes and then add coriander with some green chili and some spices. And lastly, add 2-3 tablespoons of thick curd and mix it up, if there is some mozzarella cheese add it to your mixture.
3. Chili Cheese Toast
If you are craving for cheese it can be satisfied with these chili cheese toast. The making time is 20-25 minutes. For making this you will require- four ingredients namely- bread, butter, cheese and chili flakes. Firstly add butter spread on the bread slice, some grated cheese, add some chilies, oregano, and chili flakes. Before putting it in the microwave add some more cheese to make it cheesy. Approximate time to prepare – 20 to 25 minutes.
4. French Masala Toast
Sometimes we wake up to have some spices and masala based food. So here is a solution to that kind of craving. First make a batter consisting of egg, milk, black pepper powder, chili powder, green chilies, onion, tomato, and salt. Then dip the bread slice in the formerly made batter. Finally, fry it in a pan added with a small quantity of butter.
5. Quick Fix Maggi
For any kind of craving, Maggie works best as it can fill the empty stomach with its everlasting flavor. It will take minimum 10 to 15 minutes. Add onion, capsicum and chili powder or chaat masala on the veggies. Also, you can have an additional layer of cheese and cook the same in a pan to make it even more crispy. 7. Craving For Chocolate Cake Midnight..!!
Most people usually crave for chocolate at the midnight. If you have a chocolate ice-cream it will serve the craving but if not you can make a hot chocolate cake. But here is an easy recipe for you. Firstly take a coffee mug, then add some maida, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and mix it all. As soon as the dry ingredients are mixed, add milk, oil, and few drops of vanilla extract, then mix it with a fork to ensure there is no lumps left. If you love chocolate Sprinkle chocolate chips and allow it to cook for 45 seconds in the microwave. Allow it to cool for 5 minutes and let cake settle down. And then you can gulp the delicious cake in seconds.
