Law Has It’s Decision, Finally!
Popular actor Salman Khan was presented for a hearing in Jodhpur court on 5th April 2018. Where some of his co-stars- Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre and Neelam for the blackbuck case verdict attended the hearing. Law on analyzing all the evidence and case study gave a final verdict on blackbuck poaching case. Salman Khan is declared guilty and is sentenced to 5 years jail and charged with a penalty of Rs 10,000. While remaining actors were acquitted for lack of evidence. Updates about Salman Khan blackbuck poaching case are finally out- Basis the final argument concluded on 28 March 2018, the verdict was delivered by Chief Judicial Magistrate- Dev Kumar Khatri. Basis Section 51 of the Wildlife (Protection) Act a person found guilty is sentenced to six years jail and minimum of one year jail and is also charged with charges.
This case pertains to poaching of two blackbucks during the shoot of “Hum Saath Saath Hain” by Salman Khan. Soon after today’s decision, he is taken to the Jodhpur Central Jail. Its aired that Salman Khan will be kept in the same jail as that of rape convict Asaram Bapu. The Jodhpur gave a verdict to in favor of not so popular but valid case the “blackbuck poaching case”.
The Bishnoi Sabha is a community that is active about protecting the blackbucks and are the happiest ones after this decision. this decision was given after hearing 28 witnesses including Bishnoi villagers. These villagers came out running from their huts on hearing gunshots, they even chased the Gypsy, but the actor vanished. On sight, there was a deer carcass found on the ground. Whereas Salman Khan said that he had an air gunshot and didn’t kill any animal. Reports stated that the animals died of “overeating” or that they were killed by dogs too.
Salman Khan is one of the richest stars in India Bollywood having a powerful bagged up fan following. The Bishnois is an influential group residing in Rajasthan that denies forgetting and forgiving Salman for his alleged crimes, especially his acquittal in the chinkara poaching case. The former community fought for about 20 years, as they worship the blackbuck and treat it as an integral part of the Bishnoi culture. The actor has been taken to Jodhpur central jail and bail is likely to be heard tomorrow itself.
Salman Khan Gets Bail
Salman Khan gets bail after 48hours of a trial court for poaching blackbucks in 1998 and was earlier sentenced to 5yrs imprisonment but on Saturday, 7th April 2018 upper court suspended the sentence and granted him with bail. The court directed Salman not to leave the country without permission. Also asked him to submit a personal bond of Rs 50,000 and two sureties of Rs 25,000 each for the bail. The bail order from the court reached the Jodhpur Central Jail at 4.55pm and Salman was relieved at 5.35 pm and was quickly escorted by bodyguards that drove him straight to the airport, from where he flew back to Mumbai in a chartered plane. The next hearing is on 7th May 2018. Fans are happy with the news that “Tiger is Back” is what can be heard after the bail pleads of Salman Khan was granted within 48hours after conviction.
Meanwhile, the Bishnoi community, has decided to appeal against the bail-in Rajasthan High Court. The Judge Ravindra Kumar Joshi, who presided over the bail hearing, and trial court judge Dev Kumar Khatri, who had convicted Salman Khan and sentenced him to five years in jail, are among the judges TRANSFERRED in Rajasthan. The transfers are routine that are carried out at the beginning of April every year in Rajasthan.
