People talk about ghosts, demons, witches, spirits which are yet to be discovered. But discussing these undiscovered beings leave our adrenaline pumping as we all consider that these creatures possess supernatural power which no one can ignore and certainly haunt many of us.

Many people exist who have got nerves of steel and love to explore the other side of the world. For all these brave minds Bangalore is such a place. The list of haunted places in Bangalore is intriguingly unique.

Here are some of the haunted places

Victoria Hospital

This century-old hospital located near the City Market in Bangalore is believed as that a hungry ghost haunts the premises of this hospital. People leave packed food under a tree in the hospital premises only to find food packets gone the next morning! A few people have reportedly seen a woman roaming in the hospital, crying loudly in the rather silent nights. The hospital’s security guards have also reported such sightings at night, stating that the said ghost is of a woman who died in the hospital some decades back.

Terra Vera

This colonial abandoned house wears the crown of the most famous ghost house in Bangalore. It was built in the year 1943 by EJ Vaj, who gifted it to his two daughters – Dolce and Vera. The story took a brutal turn on a fateful day in 2002 when Dolce, a piano teacher, was stabbed to death in the house; her body was buried in the premises by an unidentified attacker. Vera moved out of the house soon after, leaving the place as it was. People soon began to witness ghostly apparitions in the house, including songs being played on the piano inside the deserted house. The building was razed to the ground some years back, yet nobody dares to venture near this area.

Kalpalli Cemetery

One of the oldest cemeteries in Bangalore is scarier than any other usual cemetery. Several passersby have reported sightings of a creepy man lurking about the graves at odd hours.  There have also been reports of people feeling suffocated at certain spots in the cemetery.

The Bangalore International Airport

This is the most recent addition to the haunted places in Banglore where a pilot claimed to have seen a lady strolling across the runaway and reported the same to the authorities. She was caught by the authorities but then disappeared thereafter, sending waves of wonder followed by dread. The cargo wing of the airport is also rumored to be haunted by the same ghost. Taxi drivers in the area, too, have reported cases of a lady hailing their cabs and then disappearing from the back seat!
